This facility has excellent frontage, as it sits on State Route 89, which sees an average of over 20,000 vehicles per day. Infinity Storage Space is located between several prestigious and fast-growing cities, including Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Hills, known as the Tri-Cities.

The minimum investment is $50,000. We plan to refinance at end of year 5, which will provide a projected 80% return of capital and then hold for indefinite term. This investment offers a generous 70% equity share for our passive investors. Based upon a ten-year projection, the average annual returns are 14%, with an average cash on cash of 12%. After investors receive twice their equity (2X Equity Multiple), the equity split converts to 50/50. Cash flow distributions will be made by the 20th of month following each calendar quarter end. We will begin distribution after the first calendar quarter.
