Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Jesse is a highly experienced real estate professional with over a decade of knowledge and experience in the industry. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of JSJ Sustainable Investments and Cardinal Capital Group, Jesse has a proven track record of success in the acquisition, management, and disposition of multifamily and residential assets. His expertise includes raising equity, negotiating debt and contracts, and overseeing renovations.

Jesse started investing in real estate at the age of 16 with his parents and has since launched several successful real estate investment companies. He has been featured in various media outlets, including Yahoo Finance, USA Today, CEO Weekly, and has been a guest on several Podcasts. He holds a BS in Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Business Management and is committed to ongoing education and professional development in the real estate investment space.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Jesse has a background in construction, having worked as a Field Engineer and Project Manager at a leading utility contractor. He now lives in Milwaukee and works with a diverse range of investors, both domestically and internationally. Jesse is dedicated to helping new and seasoned investors accelerate the growth of their net worth and is committed to rejuvenating neighborhoods by purchasing distressed properties and revitalizing them. He is known for his integrity and ability to make successful deals happen.
