After all renovations have been completed, our clients hold these properties for cash flow.
This Program offers cash on cash returns from 8%+ and are sold to our clients UNDER market value.
These projects are either Single Family Residential (SFR), Multi-Family (1-4 unit), or smaller commercial projects (5+ units).
These investment properties range in price from $70,000 - $1,000,000+ depending on the size of the investment property.
Flip & Hold properties are sold at an ALL IN price, which includes: Property Purchase, Rehab Costs, Tenant Placement, Setting up Property Management, Helping to get the Insurance Binder set up & Utility Turn Over.
We do leave some equity in these homes for our investors who use the cash out refinancing strategy (BRRRR) to grow their portfolio more rapidly.
